At Car Heroes, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel a booking. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.


Booking Fee Refunds

  • We only provide refunds for the booking fee if the third-party mechanic does not show up for the scheduled service.
  • No refunds will be issued for any other reasons, including but not limited to customer cancellations or dissatisfaction with the service.

Third-Party Service Providers

Please note that Car Heroes acts as a lead generation website for third-party service providers. We do not directly provide repair services. Any issues related to the services must be taken up directly with the respective third-party service provider.


How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your booking ID, name, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds are made at the discretion of Car Heroes and may be denied under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Abuse of the service
  • Violation of any terms and conditions
  • Fraudulent activity
